Our Purpose is to inspire people to know God personally, to understand what He is calling us to do, and to walk according to His plan for our lives.
Our Mission is to enlighten, empower and proclaim liberty to become Citizens of the Kingdom of God, through our witness and services to Jesus Christ.
Our History & Founding in Murfreesboro, TN
Church of the Way Global Institute held its inaugural service in July 2015 at 427A River Rock Blvd in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
From the beginning, our church modeled what it means to “bring ministries together” under the authority of Jesus, serving others and awakening humanity to Kingdom rights.
Over the years, we have expanded our ministries, grown our congregation, and continued to stand as a beacon of hope, discipleship, and transformational community in the Murfreesboro area.
Ministries: Men, Women, Youth & more
At Church of the Way, we believe ministry must be specific, relational, and spiritually nurturing. Below is a snapshot of what we offer:
Men’s Ministry
Our Men’s Ministry, known as SOLDIERS (Special Operations Leaders Dominant In Every Realm), seeks to raise spiritual warriors. Men gather to develop leadership, accountability, purpose, and powerful walks with Christ.
We emphasize authenticity, spiritual strength, and real-life discipleship so men may lead with integrity in every sphere of life.
Women’s Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry W.O.W. (Women Of Worth) and Women on Point are built for encouragement, spiritual growth, and sisterhood. From Bible studies and small groups to retreats and mentoring, we equip women to walk boldly in purpose, strengthen their faith, and impact their families and communities.
Youth & Children
We also maintain ministries for children, youth, and young adults:
- P Way (Purposed – We Are Young): 6 weeks to 5 years.
- C Way (Chosen – We Are Youth): 6 to 12 years old.
- E Way (Established – We Are Yearning): 13 to 17 years.
- D Way (Developing – We Are Yielding): 18 to 21 years.
These programs foster purpose, spiritual identity, and kingdom-minded discipleship from an early age.
Ministers in Training (MIT)
M.I.T. (Ministers in Training) is a leadership development program centered on transformation, healing, teaching, and Kingdom advancement. We believe true growth happens through activation—as God calls people to walk in freedom, grow in order, activate their gifts, and fulfill divine assignments.
S.Q.U.A.D
Our Fine Arts Ministry provides a meaningful avenue for individuals to honor and worship God by sharing their unique gifts and talents. We believe that every person has been entrusted with special abilities, and through the arts—whether music, dance, drama, or other creative expressions—we can glorify God together as a community.
The bible says in 1 Peter 4:10-11 “As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth; that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."

Church of the Way Global Institute’s outreach efforts extend far beyond the city of Murfreesboro, reaching communities and nations around the world. Guided by God’s heart for service, the church is deeply committed to making a tangible difference both locally and internationally.
