The Mission of Formation

Our mission centers on forging leaders—individuals who are intentionally shaped according to a divine purpose. The concept of formation is rooted in Scripture, as illustrated in Genesis 2:7: “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground.” This act of formation by God serves as a model for how we are to develop ourselves and others.

Spiritual Formation

Formation is not just about outward development; it is a process that involves engaging in spiritual disciplines. These disciplines cultivate a heightened sensitivity to God’s voice, foster stability during trials, and ensure purity of motive in all that we do. Through these practices, we grow closer to God and become better equipped to fulfill our calling.

While achievements and actions have their place, the true measure of spiritual leadership lies in the depth of one’s character and the continual shaping of the heart according to God’s will.
