Building Strong Men of Integrity and Faith
The Men’s Ministry at Church of the Way Global Institute is called SOLDIERS—Special Operations Leaders Dominant In Every Realm. This unique ministry focuses on raising up strong, God-fearing men who lead with purpose, courage, and conviction in every area of life.
Our goal is to build a brotherhood rooted in Biblical manhood. We train men to take spiritual authority in their homes, their churches, and their communities. Through teaching, mentoring, accountability groups, and service projects, men are challenged to live boldly and stand firm in their faith.
We are intentional about creating a culture where men are sharpened, encouraged, and transformed.

Youth and Children’s Ministries: Raising a Generation for Christ
At Church of the Way Global Institute, we take the spiritual development of young people seriously. Our youth and children’s ministries are structured to help young individuals grow in their relationship with Christ, develop strong moral foundations, and discover their purpose early in life.
We offer age-specific ministries tailored to the spiritual needs and maturity levels of each group
P-WAY (Purposed – We Are Young): Ages 6 weeks to 5 years
This early childhood ministry introduces our youngest children to God’s love through age-appropriate Bible stories, songs, and play-based learning. We focus on safety, nurturing care, and helping every child feel seen and valued.
C-WAY (Chosen – We Are Youth): Ages 6 to 12
Our elementary-age children are taught foundational Bible truths in engaging, creative ways. Through hands-on activities, scripture memory, worship, and interactive lessons, kids build strong faith habits and learn what it means to be chosen by God.
E-WAY (Established – We Are Yearning): Ages 13 to 17
Teens in this group are mentored to develop personal convictions, leadership skills, and a deep hunger for God’s presence. We create space for real conversations, spiritual growth, and community-building among youth.
D-WAY (Developing – We Are Yielding): Ages 18 to 21
This ministry serves young adults navigating life after high school. Whether in college, entering the workforce, or exploring calling, this group provides mentorship, discipleship, and a strong foundation in God’s Word.
